ROCHELLE PARK, N.J.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Community Bank of Bergen County, NJ (OTCBB: CMTB) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share to stockholders of record as of December 1, 2010. The dividend will be paid on January 3, 2011.
