New Manager Appointed for Citizens Business Bank Orange County Region

ONTARIO, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Christopher D. Myers, President and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Business Bank (NASDAQ:CVBF), has announced the appointment of John S. Wheeling, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the Banka™s Orange County Region.

Mr. Wheelinga™s professional career incorporates experience as a leasing/financing officer, commercial loan officer, and Regional Senior Vice President. He has extensive experience providing commercial banking products and services in Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange Counties, focusing on manufacturers, distributors, and service industries.

Prior to his appointment with Citizens Business Bank, Mr. Wheeling lead Corporate and Middle Market Commercial Banking teams in San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire regional offices for Union Bank. His early career was spent with Imperial Bank in Orange, CA and Capital Equipment Leasing.

Mr. Wheeling received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of La Verne in California.
