Dynamic Ventures Corp., announces that it has closed a share exchange with Bundled Builder Solutions, Inc.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ - Dynamic Ventures Corp., (OTCBB: DYNV) announced today that it has closed on a share exchange agreement with Bundled Builder Solutions, Inc., whereby Dynamic Ventures Corp. obtained all of the issued and outstanding shares of Bundled Builders, in exchange for the issuance of 4,500,000 shares of Dynamic Ventures Corp.

Bundled Builder Solutions, Inc. develops efficiencies aimed at the residential, commercial building markets. Bundled Builder offers a turn-key solution enabling them to custom design, manufacture and install complete Green LEED certified structures through one of its subsidiaries EZ Build.

The EZ Build Solution encompasses engineered processes and materials that are environmentally sustainable or "green". While a variety of new systems are being used in construction today, none can compare to the overall energy efficiency, affordability, ease and quickness of construction and "green" qualifications that the EZ-Build system offers.

Bundled Builder Solutions, Inc., also provides high quality products and services to the construction industry nationwide. Installation products and services include all aspects of the home construction and finishing process.

Bundled brings all the standard trades into one integrated organization. Instead of working with multiple companies, production builders and developers can contract with Bundled Builder for the entire construction process.
