TD AMERITRADE Appoints Karen E. Maidment to the Board of Directors

OMAHA, Neb.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--TD AMERITRADE Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: AMTD) welcomes Karen E. Maidment to the board of directors.

Maidment most recently held the position of chief financial and administrative officer of BMO Financial Group from 2007 to 2009 and was responsible for all global finance operations, risk management, legal and compliance, tax, communications and mergers and acquisitions. She was previously on the board of directors of Clarica Life Insurance Company, Harris Bank, BMO Nesbitt Burns and the Bank of Montreal Pension Fund, and currently serves on the board of TransAlta.
