GREENWICH, Conn.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: IBKR) an automated global electronic market maker and broker, today reported its Electronic Brokerage monthly performance metrics for May.

In May, Standard & Poora™s issued an A- rating for Interactive Brokers LLC, our brokerage company that carries customer assets.

Highlights for the month included:

  • 505 thousand Daily Average Revenue Trades (DARTs), 41% higher than prior year and 33% higher than prior month.
  • 144 thousand customer accounts, 20% higher than prior year.
  • Ending customer equity of $16.4 billion, 45% higher than prior year and 4% lower than prior month.
  • Ending customer credit balances of $11.3 billion and customer margin loan balances of $4.2 billion.
  • 817 annualized average cleared DARTs per customer account.
