PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - August 28, 2009) - EastBridge Investment Group (EBIG) (OTCBB: [ EBIG ]) today announced that the Company is making the following corrections to the press releases dated August 18, 2009, August 11, 2009, and August 06, 2009, regarding JKZ Bio-Phosphorus Fertilizer and Wonder Education Group respectively (the "Clients"):

The Company does not irrevocably own any equity in our Clients, as the ownership is contingent upon the Client becoming a public company.

The Company rescinds all the estimated figures for the Clients concerning their estimated market caps, revenues and mine reserves. This information will be provided by the Clients themselves once they become public companies.

The auditors have finished the site visits and working on writing the reports. The final audit reports have not been issued for JKZ Bio-Phosphorus Fertilizer and Wonder Education Group.
