Shareholders who register by the 9:00 a.m. deadline will receive a confirmation email 6 hours prior to the webcast which will include the telephone number to call in, along with the pin number needed to join. LSI staff will be monitoring not only the online registration portal, but also the conference call to ensure that only LIGATT shareholders are webcast participants. Evans will not allow anyone to attend if they have not registered by the 9 a.m. deadline.
