PHILADELPHIA--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: PEI) intends to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2008, before market trading begins on Wednesday, February 25, 2009.

Management has scheduled a conference call for 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on February 25, 2009, to review the Company's fourth quarter and full year results, market trends, and future outlook.
