Van driver dies after crash on busy A-road

A van driver perished in a crash on the A38 near Notter, Saltash, Cornwall, after the vehicle collided with a tree, causing it to overturn. The incident occurred around 12:40 pm on a busy dual carriageway, leading to the closure of the road in both directions for several hours. Emergency services, including police, fire, and ambulance crews, responded to the scene. The police are currently investigating the crash and have appealed for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
