RENO, Nev.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Employers Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EIG), a Nevada-based company whose subsidiaries are specialty providers of workersa compensation insurance focused on small businesses, has announced that it has rescheduled its review of the companyas fourth quarter and full year 2011 financial results originally scheduled for Tuesday, February 28, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. pacific standard time to Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. pacific standard time.
The earnings call is being rescheduled due to the need to adjust an accrual associated with a sales incentive bonus program discovered during the year end close process. This adjustment will not have a negative impact on the Companyas historical financial statements, including those presented in the earnings release issued on Monday, February 27, 2012. The Company is in the process of making the adjustment to this accrual and intends to file a corrected version of the Companyas fourth quarter and full year 2011 financial results after market close today.
