GTA Resources and Mining Inc.: Grant of Incentive Stock Options
BURLINGTON, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 23, 2012) - GTA Resources and Mining Inc. (" GTA") (TSX VENTURE:GTA) announced today that it has agreed to grant 325,000 incentive stock options to its directors, employees and consultants of the Company exercisable at a price of $1.00 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant.
