NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Blackstone (NYSE: BX) today announced that Jon Gray has joined its board of directors. Jon is the Global Head of Blackstoneas real estate business.

Jon joined Blackstone in 1992, became a Senior Managing Director in 2000 and Co-Head of Real Estate in 2005. He sits on the Firmas Management and Executive Committees.

Jon received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, as well as a BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves as a board member of the Pension Real Estate Association, Harlem Village Academies and Trinity School.
