FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust(NYSE:RPT) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a first quarter 2012 common share dividend of $0.16325 per share, for the period of January 1, 2012 through March 31, 2012 and a first quarter 2012 Series D convertible perpetual preferred share dividend of $0.90625 per share, for the same period.
The first quarter dividends are payable on April 2, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 20, 2012.
