Axios Closes on Private Placement

TORONTO--(Marketwire - Jan 8, 2012) - Axios Mobile Assets Corp. (CNSX: [ ASA ]) is pleased to announce a private placement of 265,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.12 per unit for total proceeds of CDN $31,800. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at any time for two years from the closing date at a price of $0.25. Axios paid a selling commission of $450 and issued 5,250 one-half warrants on the same terms, as the net proceeds of $31,350 will be used for general working capital.

AXIOS MOBILE ASSETS CORP. has 72,257,101 outstanding common shares (to be 72,522,101 upon closing of this debt settlement).
