OCP Credit Strategy Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:OCS.UN) confirms the previously announced distribution of $0.175 per Unit for the quarter ending December 31, 2011. The distribution will be paid on or before January 13, 2012 to holders of record on December 31, 2011.
