DEFIANCE, Ohio, Jan. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- First Defiance Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: [ FDEF ]) announced today that it intends to report fourth quarter earnings on Monday, January 23, 2012 after the close of the market.
