Colombia Clean Power & Fuels Announces Application to OTCQX and Selects Merriman Capital, Inc. as Its Sponsor
SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Colombia Clean Power & Fuels, Inc. (OTCBB: CCPF), (the "Company" or "CCPF") announced today that it has commenced the application process for trading on OTCQX, the OTC market's highest tier.
Merriman Capital will serve as Colombia Clean Power & Fuel's Designated Advisor for Disclosure ("DAD") on the OTCQX, and will be providing guidance on OTCQX's requirements while assisting with the Company's other corporate access initiatives.
