Scorpex Submits Its Urban Impact Study for State and City Permitting

LAS VEGAS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Scorpex, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SRPX) (the aCompanya) has submitted its Urban Impact Study as one of the final steps in obtaining state and city permitting for its receiving, storing, disposing, and recycling of waste including toxic and hazardous waste, non-toxic and non-hazardous waste, and commercial waste. The Urban Impact Study is necessary to study the effect the Companya™s operations will have on the environment, including wildlife, plants, water supply, traffic, and other environmental considerations.

On or before August 11, 2011, the Company anticipates approval of its Urban Impact Study and a favorable response from state and city officials regarding its efforts to produce this essential study. It is the Companya™s mission to operate with the highest degree of environmental responsibility.
