S.Y. Bancorp to Participate in Two Investor Conferences in August

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--S.Y. Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYBT), parent company of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, with offices in the Louisville, Indianapolis and Cincinnati metropolitan markets, today announced that its management will participate in two investor conferences in August.

On August 2, 2011, David P. Heintzman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Nancy B. Davis, Chief Financial Officer, will attend the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods' 12th Annual Community Bank Investor Conference in New York City, which takes place August 2-3, and will participate in meetings with institutional investors during the conference. On August 10, 2011, James A. (Ja) Hillebrand, President, and T. Clay Stinnett, Chief Strategic Officer, will attend the Raymond James Bank Conference in Chicago and also will participate in meetings with institutional investors during the conference.

The presentation to be used in those investor meetings will be available on the investor relations section of the Company's website for a period of 60 days beginning on August 2, 2011.
