KeyCorp Increases Regular Dividend

CLEVELAND, July 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- KeyCorp (NYSE: [ KEY ]) announced today that its Board of Directors had approved an increase in the company's quarterly dividend on its common shares for the third quarter, 2011.  

A regular cash dividend of $0.03 per share of its common shares, or $0.12 per share on an annualized basis was approved. The dividend is payable September 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on August 30, 2011.  

Also, the Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $1.9375 per share of its Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A.  The dividend is payable September 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on August 31, 2011.
