Wed, July 27, 2011 Atlas Energy, L.P. Announces Distribution of $0.22 Per Common Unit for the Second Quarter 2011
PHILADELPHIA--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Atlas Energy, L.P. (NYSE: ATLS) announces today that it has declared a quarterly distribution for the second quarter 2011 of $0.22 per common unit. This compares to $0.11 per common unit paid for the first quarter 2011. The distribution is payable Friday, August 19, 2011 to holders of record as of Friday, August 5, 2011.
Atlas Energy, L.P. (NYSE: ATLS)is a master limited partnership which owns an interest in over 8,500 producing natural gas and oil wells, representing over 185 Bcfe of net proved developed reserves.
