EGShares Announces Changes in Names and Ticker Symbols for Composite, Energy, and Financial Services ETFs

NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Emerging Global Advisors, an asset management company focused exclusively on emerging markets and the sub-advisor to the EGShares family of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), today announced changes in the names and ticker symbols for the companya™s composite, energy, and financial services ETFs. The three products have been rebranded under the GEMS (Global Emerging Market Sectors) brand and are now known as:

• EGShares GEMS Composite ETF (NYSE: AGEM)
• EGShares Energy GEMS ETF (NYSE: OGEM)
• EGShares Financials GEMS ETF (NYSE: FGEM)

EGA also announced today the launch of seven additional emerging markets sector funds under the GEMS brand.
