(NYSE: VR) (aValidusa or the aCompanya) today announced that it has changed the date and time on which the Company will release its second quarter financial results. The Company now plans to release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, July 27, 2011. The Company will hold a conference call for analysts and investors at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern) on Thursday, July 28, 2011 to discuss these results.
