Mintz Levin Represents Sunrise Securities Corp. and Rodman & Renshaw in $24 Million Offering

NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--[ Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. ] announced that it represented Sunrise Securities Corp. and Rodman & Renshaw, LLC (Nasdaq: RODM), as joint book-running managers for SMG Indium Resources Ltd., in its initial public offering of 4,800,000 units, raising gross proceeds of $24,000,000. Each unit issued in the initial public offering consists of one common share and one warrant to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $5.75 per common share.

Based in Newtown, PA, SMG Indium Resources Ltd. purchases and stockpiles the metal indium.
