MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - April 13, 2011) - Road New Media Corporation (TSX VENTURE:RNM)("Road New Media" or the "Corporation") announces the appointment of Mr. Ghislain Quévillon as Director of the Corporation and member of the audit and corporate governance committees, replacing Mr. Daniel Chartrand who has resigned as Director for personal reasons.

Ghyslain Quevillon, an independent consultant, has been active in the field of assets assessment for over 25 years. He has collaborated, among others with PCG & Associates, a firm of accredited appraisers, as an advisor and senior analyst.
