Macquarie NexGen Global Infrastructure Corporation (TSX- MNF) Announces Shareholder Approval of Merger

TORONTO, April 15 /CNW/ - Macquarie NexGen Global Infrastructure Corporation (TSX: MNF) (the "Corporation") announced today that Class A and Class B shareholders of the Corporation have each approved at special meetings held today the merger (the "Merger") of the Corporation into NexGen Canadian Balanced Growth Tax Managed Fund, an open-end mutual fund managed by NexGen Financial Limited Partnership and all matters related to the Merger. The Merger will be effective on the close of business on May 13, 2011. The Class A shares of the Corporation will be delisted from the TSX on Wednesday, April 20, 2011.
