MONTREAL, March 21 /CNW Telbec/ - Members of the Media a cordially invited to the first Annual and special meeting of shareholders of Valener Inc. (TSX: VNR), created in the context of the reorganization of Gaz Métro Limited Partnership's ("Gaz Métro") public ownership structure on September 30, 2010.

As you know, Valener's main asset is its interest in Gaz Métro which acts as manager of Valener. Therefore, Ms. Sophie Brochu, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gaz Métro, and Mr. Pierre Despars, Executive Vice-President, Corporate Affairs, and Chief Financial Officer of Gaz Métro, will present Gaz Métro's financial results for the last fiscal year along with future business perspectives.
