NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - March 18, 2011) - Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE: [ RSO ]) ("RCC") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2011. The dividend will be paid on April 28, 2011 to holders of record on March 31, 2011.
