HAMILTON, Bermuda--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Assured Guaranty Ltd. (NYSE:AGO) (athe Companya) today declared a quarterly dividend of U.S. $0.045 per common share. The dividend is payable on March 9, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 23, 2011.

The Company also announced that it will issue its financial results press release for the full year and quarter ended December 31, 2010 after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (5:00 p.m. Atlantic Time) on Thursday, February 24, 2011.
