Perry, Founder, Chairman and CEO of San Diego Trust Bank (OTCBB: SDBK), announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a Three-Percent (3.00%) Common Stock Dividend to be paid to Shareholders of Record as of March 31, 2011. The dividend is expected to be paid on or about April 30th, 2011.
