BTB REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ANNOUNCES ITS DISTRIBUTION FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2010

MONTREAL, Sept. 14 /CNW Telbec/ - The trustees of BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-V: BTB.UN) ("BTB") announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of September 2010 is $0.0067 per unit, representing $0.08 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on October 15, 2010 to unitholders of record on September 30, 2010.

As at the close of business on September 13, 2010, 33,691,725 units of BTB were issued and outstanding.
