GREENWICH, Conn.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--W. R. Berkley Corporation (NYSE: WRB) today announced that Gerald S. King has been named president of Facultative Resources, Inc. The appointment is effective immediately.

Mr. King, who has over 40 years of experience in property casualty reinsurance, most recently served as Fac Rea™s executive vice president and joined W. R. Berkley Corporation in 2005.
