First Potomac Realty Trust Signs New Lease for Over 140,000 Square Feet in Chesapeake, Virginia

BETHESDA, Md.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--First Potomac Realty Trust (NYSE: FPO), a leading owner of office and industrial properties in the Greater Washington, D.C. region, announced that it has signed a new, three-year lease with Total Transportation Services, Inc. (TTSI) for 141,050 square feet at Diamond Hill Distribution Center in Chesapeake, Virginia. TTSI will be relocating from 44,900 square feet that it currently occupies at the Companya™s property at 1400 Cavalier Boulevard, also in Chesapeake.
