The survey, conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC, is designed to gather and report objective, unbiased evaluations of recently transferred employeesa™ level of satisfaction with relocation service providers. It solicits comprehensive comments and quantitative information from transferees which helps to establish a standard for measuring relocation services.

Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Servicesa™ net satisfaction rate topped the survey and was well above the industry average. The rankings were compiled from responses given by more than 7,300 transferees from 117 companies throughout a six-month period. The survey was conducted online and by telephone. This was the first year that transferees were asked to give their overall satisfaction with their entire relocation experience.
