American Water Introduces Quarterly CEO Update Video

This is the fourth online tool unveiled by the company in the last two months. American Water recently held its first online Investor Forum and Virtual Stockholder Meeting, and also launched its 2009 Virtual Annual Report. The Investor Forum provided American Water stockholders the opportunity to submit questions ahead of the 2010 annual meeting, as well as to register for e-delivery of materials, gain access to pertinent Investor Relations pages, and participate in exclusive surveys. The Virtual Stockholder Meeting provided stockholders with the opportunity to participate in and vote during the companya™s annual meeting via webcast.
