The Investor Forum provided American Water stockholders the opportunity to submit questions ahead of the 2010 annual meeting, as well as to register for e-delivery of materials, gain access to pertinent Investor Relations pages, and participate in exclusive surveys. The Virtual Stockholder Meeting provided stockholders with the opportunity to participate in and vote during the companya™s annual meeting via webcast.
