LOS ANGELES--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Thomas Properties Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:TPGI) announced today that the company's Board of Directors has voted to suspend its regular quarterly dividends to common stockholders.

Thomas, Chairman and CEO, said, "Maintaining liquidity is our highest priority; and as a consequence of current market limitations on the availability of capital, our board felt this was an appropriate action to preserve cash.
