COPENHAGEN, DENMARK--(Marketwire - December 15, 2009) - Bark Group Inc. ("Bark") (OTCBB: [ BKPG ]), an award-winning, multi-national, European advertising company, announced today it has finalized negotiations for a Letter of Intent with a Swedish media company based in Stockholm that expects to reach revenues of US$20 million in 2010.

The Swedish company has accepted the proposed terms and conditions and has executed the agreement. Bark's senior management is expected to sign the Letter of Intent in late December or early January.
