HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - August 24, 2009) - Polaris International Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ PIHN ]) announced today that the Company has appointed Charles J. Larsen as its CFO (Chief Financial Officer).

Mr. Larsen brings significant executive leadership and nearly 20 years' experience in the investment industry. Mr. Larsen began his career in the investment industry in 1989 as operations manager for commodity trading advisor Peskin & Associates, CTA in Chicago. Mr. Larsen left Tower Asset Management in 2006 as Senior Vice President of Operations & Business Development to join Financial Management Advisors as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Larsen left FMA in 2007 to consult investment advisory firms on technology and operations. Mr. Larsen has been Advisor to Polaris International Holdings, Inc. since January 2008.
