Jovian Completes AlphaPro Minority Investment Transaction

("BetaPro"), the manager of the Horizons BetaPro Exchange Traded Funds, are pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of July 2, they have completed a transaction for a 20% equity investment in AlphaPro Management Inc. ("AlphaPro") by National Bank Financial Group (the "Financial Group") by way of subscription for treasury shares of AlphaPro for a purchase price of $3 million, subject to adjustment based on certain targets being met.
