BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - July 31, 2009) - WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. (Worldwide Food Services) (WWFS) (PINKSHEETS: [ EREI ]) is completing the name change from Eagle Rock Enterprises, Inc. to Worldwide Food Services, Inc. The paperwork is in process with the [ CUSIP Service Bureau ] for a new CUSIP number and will be submitted to FINRA for a new trading symbol.
