TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 29, 2009) - AireSurf Networks Holdings Inc. (CNSX:ANH) ("AireSurf" or the "Company") is providing an update in accordance with National Policy 12-203 - Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults ("NP 12-203"). Management of AireSurf has been subject to a cease trade order in respect of securities of AireSurf issued by the Ontario Securities Commission on May 7, 2009. The management cease trade order resulted from the delay in filing the Company's annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008 which were required to be filed no later than April 30, 2009 and a delay in filing the interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2009 which were required to be filed on May 29, 2009.
