C2C Industrial Properties Inc. (the "Company" or "C2C") (TSX VENTURE:CCH) announced today that the Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.0265 per common share payable on October 15, 2012 to the shareholders of record on September 28, 2012.
