WHAT:

Wells Fargo will spark local interest in home-buying while focusing on the revitalization of

neighborhoods through its innovative sustainable housing program a" CityLIFT^SM. The two-day

event will provide prospective homebuyers with the opportunity to see if they qualify for down payment

assistance of $15,000. The event will also provide resources such as homebuyer education sessions and

affordable home tours.

Philadelphia is one of 20 cities that will benefit from a total of $170 million Wells Fargo has

committed through its LIFT^SMprograms (including NeighborhoodLIFT^SM and CityLIFT^SM) to

support sustainable housing in cities affected by the economic downturn.

This program, which is a first for the financial services industry, is being held in collaboration with

the City of Philadelphia and the non-profit organization NeighborWorks America and its local affiliate,

New Kensington Community Development Corporation, to execute the program.

The NeighborhoodLIFT^SM program is a collaboration between Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.,

the Wells Fargo Foundation, Neighborworks America, an independent non-profit organization, and local

non-profit organizations.

The CityLIFT^SM program is designed to provide down payment assistance and homebuyer

education programs in areas most impacted by the financial crisis. The program was developed in response

to the 2012 U.S. Department of Justice Settlement, and is a collaboration between Wells Fargo Bank N.A.

and Neighborworks America.

Prospective homebuyers are encouraged to register to attend the event at
