Heritage Bank Announces Hiring of Regional Lending Manager for Seattle and Bellevue
OLYMPIA, Wash., July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Heritage Bank, a subsidiary of Heritage Financial Corporation ("Company") (NASDAQ: [ HFWA ]), announced the hiring of Carlos Guangorena as Regional Lending Manager for Seattle and Bellevue. Mr. Guangorena joins the Heritage Bank team with more than 25 years of commercial banking experience in the King County market. In his new role he will work closely with the lending teams in Seattle and Bellevue to further develop Heritage Bank's presence in the region with an emphasis on commercial lending.

Mr. Guangorena is on the board of Foss Home and Village and was recently on the board of United Way of King County. He has also been active in various community organizations.
