("Pro-Trans" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:PVI) announces that it has granted stock options to purchase 225,000 common shares in the capital of the Corporation ("Common Shares") to a director of Pro-Trans. The stock options vested in full upon their grant and entitle the holder to purchase Common Shares at an exercise price of $0.40 per Common Share for a period of five years from the date of grant.
