LOS ANGELES, July 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovation Nation proudly introduces Electric Vehicle Evolution (EVE), a new corporation to be formed. EVE has entered into a deal with Energiz Renewable Inc. (OTCBB: ERIP). For the first time in today's market, EVE plans to provide luxurious Electronic Vehicles in Israel.  EVE is planning worldwide distribution for electric vehicles in the near future.

The principal of Innovation Nation has entered into an LOI with Energiz Renewable Inc. (ERI) and intends to assign the rights under the agreement to Electric Vehicle Evolution (EVE) This deal marks the beginning of offering Designer Electric Vehicles that are affordable, luxurious electric cars for the Israeli Vehicle Market. The only electric vehicles offered to the Israeli consumers today are the mid-level electric vehicles.

EVE, in alliance with ERI, plans to bring Project EDEN; Economically Driven, Environmentally Necessary.  The Project EDEN Green Energy for Green vehicles to consumers.

EVE working with ERI on project EDEN will build clean energy recharging systems for electric vehicles entirely from the ground up using high efficiency solar panels. ERI's core business is solar power project development, installation and management. As an independent power producer, the management of ERI believes that EVE adds a significant business potential with the Electric Car component and installation.

With offices in the USA and Israel and the newly formed partnership between EVE and ERI, the collective intention is bringing Project Eden, a Green paradise, to the home and the business alike.
