NEW YORK, July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Avenue Income Credit Strategies Fund (NYSE: [ ACP ]), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, July 2, 2012, a monthly dividend of $0.12 per share of Common Stock, payable September 28, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 18, 2012.  Ex-date will be September 14, 2012.
