Cadman Announces Resignation of Director
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 6, 2012) -Cadman Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CUZ.H) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Patrick Brandreth has resigned from his position as director of the Company. Mr. Patrick Brandreth was a member of the Company's audit committee and was first appointed to the Company's board of directors on January 27, 2011. The Company is in the process of searching for a replacement director.
