EGM Appoints New LBi Supervisory Board Member

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS--(Marketwire - Feb 9, 2012) - LBi International N.V. (EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: [ LBI ]), announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders held yesterday, it was resolved to approve the appointment of Mr Toine van Laack (48) as member of the Supervisory Board with effect as of 8 February 2012 for a period of 4 years. Mr Van Laack is the Managing Director of Janivo Holding B.V.
