NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - Feb 8, 2012) - Commerce National Bank (OTCBB: [ CNBF ]), a community business bank in its ninth year of operation, is pleased to announce that Phyllis Barr has joined the Bank as a Vice President in the Financial Services Department.

With twenty-two years of experience in commercial business banking with a heavy emphasis and expertise in deposit generation, customer relationship building, product development and sales, Ms. Barr brings an extensive background in building and servicing major deposit relationships.
